Hobbies

These hobbies are my little escapes from the daily grind. They’re not about being an expert; they’re about enjoying the ride, the journey, and the simple joys of exploration and play.

Motorcycle

I currently own a Yamaha Jog 125 and previously had a Kove 321RR. Motorcycling serves as my daily commute, with a total riding mileage exceeding 20,000 kilometers.

Cycling

My bike collection includes a Cannondale Trail SL 3 and a custom-built road bike—featuring a Quick carbon frame and Shimano 105 groupset.

Trekking

I’ve had multiple 2-3 day trekking trips, mostly on trails with an elevation gain of around 1,000 meters. I’m far from an outdoor expert, but being immersed in nature for extended periods brings me peace. Hope to explore more interesting places in the future.

Fishing

I’m a beginner in both Taiwan-style fishing and lure fishing, but I haven’t had much luck with catches. Fishing in Chinese cities is quite challenging, as wild fish resources are relatively scarce.

Gadget

Flashlight

My flashlight lineup consists of the Sofirn ST10 clip light, Sofirn HD10 angle light, Wurkkors HD20 angle light, Wurkkors TS10 Max, and NEXTORCH P80. I particularly favor compact, fidget-friendly flashlights with Anduril UI.

Knife

I used to be obsessed with folding knives, owning several Sanrenmu folders and Kubey knives. However, this hobby has fizzled out, and I now lean more towards practicality.
